Its Electric chicago is by far the best place to go to for e-bikes. They where able to replace my controller and display via Frankenstein. Witch to my underatanding is one of the hardest things to do. I would like to say thanks to the team.For there hard work. One problem i did run into with the bike is that for some reason cruise control does not seem to work anymore it worked before i took my bike into the shop but now it does not i tried to fix it in the PO settings but it still does not work any suggestions? but other then that im grateful to the team

This is the probably the only best electric scooter shop in chicago. Luis is a great guy and he knows what he is doing. He gave me the best service and fixed my Go Trax electric scooter in less than 2 hours. Best customer service! I would recommend it to everyone if they have any problems with there e bikes/ e-scooters to check them out. Customer for life! Thanks Luis.

Went to get my side light fixed for $250 for them to turn around and tell me I need a whole new light control module when before I gave it to them lights worked fine!! Except for one right side light!!, ended up with no lights at all and out of $250 dollars 😔not even half a refund and Eddie was riding my scooter without my permission!! Said he wanted to test the scooter out 🤔🤔🤔now the only way my scooter works is with the lights completely unplugged! Or it will display error and not function correctly, I was so hurt 😔I just left respectfully ,they took my scooter in knowing they had no knowledge of it -took my money and broke it worser; I won’t do that again 🤦🏾‍♂️

When I need something done for my PEV I always come to Its Electric Chicago. Their prices are reasonable, staff are very friendly, cool environment, and they are very knowledgeable. Luis and his team are very helpful, friendly, and even honest. I have had a motor swap, a wheel rebuild, flats fixed, tire swaps, and purchased a scooter and Electric Unicycles. The cashier Eddie is great at recommending PEV's that suit what your riding style, motives, price range, and long run are. He doesnt try to just upsell you with no reason. The shop let's you test ride PEV's so you dont go in blind on what your buying. Another nice thing to see in the store besides all the personal electric vehicles is that you SEE the mechanics working on stuff already. This place is very active in working. Every time I come I their doing proactive stuff. I met the mechanic Alex and he's super chill too and honest with his work.

Top tier service center with a dedication to customers that offers new products too. The #1 place to go for scooters repairs and more. Highly recommended for anyone in the area and anyone else who's been having a hard timing finding scooter repair. Luis and his crew take on all sorts of jobs and service but it doesn't stop there. Emotos, Ebikes, and pretty much electric anything is welcome there. Congrats on the bigger space this year, keep up the good work!
